We’re excited to be holding the event in the gorgeous Elgin Valley, just 1 hour from Cape Town. Most events, but not all, will be there. See the schedule to know what’s what.

You all know by now that the main vibe is glamping and we’re hoping to have as many of you onsite as possible. We know it can be nerve wracking for some people though so to assure you, check out the virtual tour.

Facilities at the site

Bell Tents

Proper beds, bedding, arm chairs, lamps and rugs, with towels provided and often your very own decking area!

toilets & showers

All bathroom facilities are “proper” and indoors. See virtual tour if you’re nervous!

Getting ready area

Special spots, fully equiped with plug points and mirrors, for those that need a little extra space.

Kitchens

Where you can store and access all your snacks and drinks!

hang out spaces

Both indoor and outdoor! Think deck chairs, hammocks and chilled seating.

Car park

There’s tonnes of car parking space on site!

Booking your Bell Tent

On our RSVP form you can reserve a bell tent. Details of how to pay us will be arranged nearer to the time.

The tents are the most affordable way to stay, plus they are where the fun is! We would LOVE to have as many of you onsite as possible.

Alternative Accommodation

If glamping really isn’t your thing or if you’re joining us with children (kids can stay onsite, but the campsite will likely stay noisy in the evenings).

We would recommend booking this accommodation as soon as you’re ready to commit as it’s peak season so will book out well in advance. Unfortunately, South Africa doesn’t have the culture of a “pre-book hold” approach so we couldn’t hold rooms back for you.

Here are the top ones we’d recommend locally, but there are lots so just because something isn’t on the list, doesn’t mean it’s not a great choice.e!

Please note: Whilst shuttles are going to be available for all 3 evening events, we recommend considering car hire for ease of movement as most accommodation are 10-20 minutes drive.
